Requirements

Customer or customer representative, must be on site at time of delivery. #2

septic will attempt to accommodate customer’s reasonable requests to the best of

our ability. The average set up time is 1 hour per trailer.

Trailer must be placed on solid level ground and is set up by #2 per

manufacturers specifications. Within 75 ft. of power and water sources unless

off grid arrangements are made ahead of time.

Power

Access to the main power source within 75 ft. of trailer location as well as a

minimum of (2) separate 20-amp 110v circuits with standard 3-prong outlets

are required. (2 additional circuits required for colder weather) #2 provides

power cords. (1) Minimum is required to just run the trailer without extra

heat or A/C

If generator is supplied- operation of and keeping the generator running are

customers responsibility. #2 will supply generator filled with gas and 1 extra gas

can.

Water

Access to a water source with 30-50 psi within 75 ft. of trailer location.

Including vertical footage. A standard 3⁄4” garden hose fitting is required for

water service to trailer. #2 provides the garden house. If water is not

available-an onboard freshwater holding tank will supply a minimal amount of

water.

Provided Supplies

#2 will provide the following equipment and supplies necessary for proper

operation of the trailer. Toilet paper installed in bathrooms with extra rolls in

storage cabinets. Paper towels for dispenser units and hand soap in dispensers.
